Ive had these since their release. I have but one complaint, and I'm sad to say it kills the product in my eyes. My complaint is that they DO NOT stay in the ear. No matter how many ear tips i tried, from the silicon ones provided(all sizes), to foam tips i bought online, nothing worked. After about 5 min the earbuds would always fall out of my ear, no matter what. Even if i was sitting at my desk at home, they would fall out. Other than that, they were amazing. Great sound and noise cancellation. But the keeping them in was the hard part.

I'm very pleased with the Buds 2 from Samsung. As a gift with the purchase of a smartphone, I am very grateful to have received these headphones. Now, after half a year, I can say that I would have bought them separately because I am simply impressed by the quality and comfort that these buds offer. One highlight, which I especially like, is that the headphones recharge in the case when there's power left in it.

This is very well built but loses in sound quality when compared to the Galaxy Buds Pro. Besides, it also has a downside as its certification is not IPX7 like the Buds Pro. Overall, it's a good earphone and depending on the price difference, it can be worth it.
