Mikrofonkabel passer ikke ind i mikrofon sokkel

Der følger et kabel med NT USB mini der burde være beregnet til mikrofonen, burde man synes. USB enden passer fint ind i computeren, men den anden ende af kablet som skal connectes med selve mikrofonen passer ikke. Det er kun muligt at presse stikket halvt ind. Dermed opnås en dårlig forbindelse som computeren naturligvis hele tiden fejlmelder. Jeg prøver så at presse lidt mere og så kører mikrofonen i cirka 3 til 4 minutter uden dårlig forbindelse meddelelse. Men når disse 3 til 4 minutter er gået er det igen galt med forbindelsen. Jeg synes det er ufatteligt at man ikke afprøver kabelforbindelser inden man sælger produktet. Derfor er det kun muligt at give 1 stjerne da jeg aldrig når hen til at kunne bedømme produktet ordentligt, da kablet ikke passer. DUMPET Mvh Bjarne
