In short, it does a great job, considering (High gloss tiled home, short hair, minimal shedding, low dander - AmStaff dogs (Senior and puppy). I use the QRevo at least once daily. Usually twice. Siri simple command ‘Clean the floors’ set to maximum frequency mop cleaning (15 mins) - wish this was 10. OR option for ‘buff or sanitise’ (Ultra slow crawling with mop only and extreme water to SCRUB and return to dock to quick clean and refill. Then super mop clean. *No water* slow crawl slightly damp after cleaned, gloss floor buff option. - currently no option to mop with no water or just damp mop for ‘buff/streak/shine’. Sadly cannot detect ‘pee accidents’ and will vacuum liquid up and mop over the pee and drag it across floors. Returning to clean yes, but not retuning to where it’s been. So vac full of puppy pee, sucked into the dock also (tubes and ‘dry dust’ auto empty path needs manual scrubbing out to rectify. - unable to detect spills or liquid. Aside from this, and what is reasonable to expect. I LOVE it, saves my sanity. However it is labeled as man’s ’new best friend’ with dogs in marketing images’ but isn’t good at detecting pet poop; another model is recommended for that; which is super confusing. But it refers to the HAIR/DANDER. No mention of the waste detection. - why I bought it to avoid. Later finding it’s not designed for pets; anlrho focused on in marketing. - but all vacuum up hair and dust/dander. The HEPA feature is avail on other makes and models also. It’s not a reason to focus on pets. The reason to focus on pets is the ‘waste avoiding’ and not having to come home to zig zagged poop; internal dock sucked out poop bits and rollers /fine corners needing hours of sanitising. But, if not for dog accidents (I assumed from Marketing highlights about; but should have read specific for waste.. not just assumed based on the inclusion and ‘your pet will love it’. The performance is amazing. Just update with a ‘damp/dry buffing setting and a slow crawl, no vac and frequent mop clean…) 8/10 - performance, 3/10 for marketing confusion of ‘doesn’t detect pet waste, but we focus on pets in marketing’ disappointment. - hepa and vaccuning hair is not enough to be a ‘dog focussed / best friend’ product. - consumers assume you’re not ignoring the worst outcome of the situation and at the price point, can detect and avoid, not suck up pee and smear poo before emptying it in the dock and coming home to the poop dried, all through the robot and dock.

Pros

  • Great at cleaning floor
  • Great at washing mop
  • Great at drying mop
  • Uses a lot of water and cleans well
  • Learns/adapts well.
  • Great emptying suction power
  • Can add sanitising solution to clean water tank to neutralise smells of dirty water and use sanitary water.
  • Accessory replacement parts quick to arrive.
  • - wish it had a fragrance option / cassette / spray puff when complete to freshen air air
  • - wish it had an air purifying suction from the air user to dry mop; mop, just smells like dirty mop air for hours as dries.

Cons

  • Having to hand clean the air dried dog poop out of robot and dock empty pathways
  • Having to hand clean the dog pee from vaccumed up into robot then sucked into dock/bag
  • Smell of coming home to 4 hours of air drying dog poop and 2 hours of hand cleaning it out
  • Advertising focus on best for pets ‘pets best friend’ (means hair, no detecting of waste capacity) advertising is visually misleading, but doesn’t claim it can; leads uou to assume from prime use case focus.
  • No glossy floor, damp/dry buff feature, leaves water marks.
  • Dog pee puddle gets sucked up before mop dragged around rest of house before can clean mop. Wheels roll pet pee around behind it
  • Dog poop… worst nightmare came true. Almost threw while thing in bin if not for cost
  • Most expensive robot at time, less features in pet waste avoiding than others without this as primary function (hepa, dander, pet toys avoiding) is the reason. Large pet waste, air dried for 4 hours by mop drying. House smell as well as dry dog poop to extract and sanitise
  • Unable to leave to auto clean or schedule while at work with dogs in case of pet wastes
  • Dragged pet poop Into carpet / bedrooms. Had to pay for professional cleaning and stay at hotel to sleep while rectified.
