Switched from note 20 ultra to Motorola edge plus 5g and I gotta say the edge just feels better and faster.

This device is cool, it has lots of interesting features. Interesting design and screen format (narrow, slightly elongated). The speaker sound is just bomb. Powerful battery with wireless reverse charging feature. This phone isn't like everyone else's, but due to its scarcity, problems with finding accessories like screen protectors or quality cases are guaranteed. I tried to apply a hydrogel film, but the idea failed, the corners peel off due to the strongly curved screen. During the use, the screen got covered with minor scratches, which is a pity. I will look for solutions to this problem. In general, I really like the device.

Phone is decent...but 5G is a massive failure

While the screen and features of this phone are decent, it's important to recognize the differences between the carrier versions. Any praise for the screen (which despite the name, ISNT edge to edge) is immediately trumped by it's inability to connect to any sort of 5G signal from Verizon for long. Any use requiring mobile data, phone calls, or texting is hampered by the 5G network settings/hardware on the phone. It'll connect for 2 minutes, then drop for 10 minutes of oblivion. No settings tomfoolery has any effect, airplane toggling doesn't work, resetting network settings is a fools mission, and even restarting device is fruitless. You just have to wait. Any work you're doing is cut off again when the signal drops. Oddly enough, none of this is reflected in the bars onscreen. Verizon says in response, " Not all areas have a great signal, sir.". Well, obviously. But nationwide 5G is the advertising gimmick. They're pushing 5g phones and easily SOLD me one. And as for the area of service, I live in the 7th largest city in the United States... 🤷♀️ Returning mine, and recommend you spare yourself the aggravation for the time being.
