Battery power, or battery capacity, represents the amount of electrical energy that a battery can store. More battery power can be an indication of longer battery life.
It supports a wireless charging standard such as Qi. To charge the device, you simply put it down on a compatible charging pad.
Fast charging technologies, like Qualcomm’s Quick Charge or MediaTek’s Pump Express, are used to reduce the time it takes to charge a device. For example, with Quick Charge 3.0, the battery can be charged to 50% in just 30 minutes.
Charging speeds are expressed in watts (W), a measure of electrical power. A higher wattage results in a faster charging speed. In order to achieve the advertised charging speed, it is important to use a compatible charger.

The device can be used as a wireless charging station to power other gadgets.

The battery is removable and can be replaced by the user if broken.
The ultra power-saving mode, also called low power mode, is an effective way to extend the battery life of the device. Usually, it involves limiting screen brightness and contrast, disabling location services, restricting connectivity, and turning off nonessential apps.

I have used this phone for months now. It has the best quality pictures and video I've seen, and the features just got better. It can now be connected as a webcam, using the main 50mp camera, which is absolutely amazing. Compared to the built in 2mp camera on my laptop, it's like upgrading from a potato to a Lamborghini. As far as other people saying the battery life is not good, that is completely incorrect. This phone has a 20+ hour battery, far better than any other smart phone, lasting a minimum 2x longer. When using the automatic brightness setting, you have to put the brightness at what you need, so your phone knows where to automatically set your brightness for you, otherwise it will always be full brightness and will drain the battery faster. Keep in mind, this phone has a very bright screen when at full brightness. Use a dark theme with a completely black background to save more battery power, as the OLEDs don't light up on black.

In terms of photography, it's an outstanding device. Its artificial intelligence processor is a huge advantage compared to previous generation devices, for everyday life and for gaming. Let me tell you, it's the best device. Highly recommended because of the update policy it has. It will continue being updated for a couple of years, making it a worthwhile investment.

The pixel 8 pro is one of the best pixels so far pixel has made. However their are some issues I am having with the phone. 1. The auto dimmer dims when it wants to and often. 2. The battery life isn't that great, it's just mediocre to me. I have this phones apps down to basically the ones you need. I have uninstalled and disabled the ones I don't use, which is alot. 3. The value of the phone dropped considerably when I checked to trade it in... $600 it dropped and I paid 1049.00 I got 256 gb's...I've only had it for 24 days? That's concerning to me.
